On October 10, 2026, we’ll get out on the streets together for the sixth time – organized by civil society, open to everyone.

Activists, club members, neighbors, coworkers, parents, retirees, students – everyone is welcome. This belongs to all of us 💛

PRÜF-Demo Day

In addition to our claim and the regularity of our PRÜF demos, having fun is very important to us. Between our artistic performances, we’ll be singing, among other things, some of our “gePRÜFte” demo songs. You’re warmly invited to sing along.

🚩 Signs & Flags
Please don’t bring any national or political party flags.
We’d love to see lots of creative PRÜF signs – colorful, loud, funny, and clear!

🚲 Bicycles
If you’re coming by bike: Great!
During walking demonstrations, please lock it and leave it there for the march. If you absolutely must have it with you, please walk with it on the very outer edge of the march.

🧃 Drinks
Staying well-hydrated is the key to a successful demo day. Stick to water or another fun drink of your choice. Alcohol has no place at our demo. Please make sure to bring your drinks in secure containers so nothing breaks and no one gets hurt.

No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to make a difference together.

Our claim

In Bremen people know: We must be able to rely on ports, dikes, and social cohesion in the city. Here, more than anywhere else, the saying “better safe than sorry” applies. After all, appearances can be deceiving.

In Germany, it’s completely normal to test everything – from TÜV inspections to product testing to comparison websites. Testing is our strength, and we’re famous for our thoroughness. We test playground equipment, we test water quality, we test mattresses. It would be completely absurd to fail to conduct the constitutionally mandated test on the very issue that matters most – the protection of our democracy.

Bremen has already taken action: The Bremische Bürgerschaft has resolved that the Senate should advocate at the federal level for an investigation into whether far-right parties are unconstitutional.

But as long as there is no absolute majority in the Bundesrat on this issue, we will hold monthly demonstrations.

Starting May 9, 2026, on the second Saturday of every month, until the Bundesrat has requested a review.
